The National Assembly of Remote Communities is a new First Nations led organization intended to create a unified voice on issues of unique concern to remote communities such as funding for child and family services, health, education and community safety.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The objective of the Executive Director (ED) is to collaborate/work with a new board of directors to establish a strategic vision and work plan in order to grow the National Assembly of Remote Communities (NARC) into a leading national organization committed to the issues vital to Indigenous communities. The ED is responsible for overseeing the administration and strategic plan for the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
The successful candidate will possess a university degree in business, administration, or a related field and ten+ (10) years of leadership in First Nations administration or advocacy OR an equivalent combination of education and experience including:
